The Constant Thickness Film-Maker accessory is ideal for the preparation of reproducible thickness polymer films. The films produced are 29mm in diameter and can be varied in thickness by using a set spacing ring.

The accessory is designed to be used with the Atlas Heated Platens which allows for a maximum temperature of 300°C and is compatible with Specac's range of bench-top presses.

Constant Thickness Film Kit I

The Constant Film Maker Kit I provides everything required to turn a Specac Press into a Film Maker, to create thin films of sample materials using temperatures of up to 300°C.

The Constant Thickness Film Maker Accessory is designed to be used with the Heated Platens to produce thin films for analysis from samples using a temperature range of ambient to 300°C.

Constant Thickness Film Kit II

The Constant Thickness Film Maker Kit II provides everything required to produce thin films from sample materials at temperatures of up to 300°C.
